Clapping Cat Video Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026. By using Clapping Cat Video (clappingcatvideo.com) you agree to these terms. Clapping Cat Video is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with the original creator of the clapping cat meme (@merkurianin), Instagram, TikTok or Know Your Meme.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. Every person in the photos you upload must be 18 or older, and you must have the right to use both photos.
Video packs
Videos are sold in one-time packs ($9.90 for 1, $19.90 for 3, $29.90 for 5). There is no subscription. Unused videos expire 12 months after purchase. One video is used each time a clapping cat video is generated successfully; failed or timed-out videos are returned to your balance automatically.
Your photos and your video
You keep all rights in your photos. You let us process them only to make your video. We claim no ownership of the generated video; you may use it as you like, subject to the acceptable use policy and the rights of anyone shown in your photos.
AI-generated results
Videos are generated by an AI model. Results vary and may not look exactly like you or your pet. We don't guarantee a particular result, but you can ask for a refund of your first video under the refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. We may refuse a request or close an account that breaks it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
