Clapping Cat Video Refund Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026. We want you to pay only for clapping cat videos that actually work.
Failed videos
If a video fails or doesn't finish within 60 minutes, the video is returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask. If a photo doesn't pass our photo check, nothing is charged at all.
Not happy with your first video
Email support@clappingcatvideo.com within 7 days of your first purchase from the email you used at checkout (or signed in with), and we'll refund that purchase to your card. Refunds are issued manually through Stripe and usually appear in 5–10 business days.
Other cases
Packs are otherwise non-refundable once videos have been used. If something went wrong that isn't covered here, write to us and we'll look at it.
